Notes:
Serving in the Navy aboard the USS Vestal in 1920.

In the 1930 Census, Ewart is listed as "Floyd E. Harris".

Convicted under the "White Slave Act" in January, 1935. Sentanced to McNiel Island, Washington Penitentiary. Released in April 1936.

Apparently listed twice in the 1940 Census. Once with his mother, Ada Harris, and once at the Alemeda County Jail. Both entries list Ewart as Divorced.
