Notes:
For some reason, I had beleived that John Kolaszewski's wife had the maiden
name RADE, probably because two of their daughters have that as a middle
name.

Turns out that Catherine's husband may have been born Johann RADEMACHER, changing his name to Kolaszewski at some point.

FindAGrave lists her maiden name as Jürgens.
